We recommend working in a two-phase approach – first using an adopt and then an adapt phase, a concept practice proven in many projects.

Phase 1 – the adopt phase

In the first phase you adopt standard processes into operations. With that you get transparency about basic processes and functions. Based on this, you decide how to proceed. You can for example check if specific requirements and additions to the standard processes are needed.

Phase 2 – the adapt phase

If necessary, all specific requirements, which need enhancing or those deviating from the standard processes, are implemented in phase 2.

Typically, we work in phase 2 based on Pentos Packaged Solutions (PPS), that will be complemented by your specific individual requirements.
