The OpenPages Approval App provides a simplified user interface for various tasks. Sometimes an even simpler interface is required for infrequent users to perform a “one-click-approval” (including mobile support). This solution can be combined with simplified file upload to perform an approval and upload evidence.
We have slimmed down the OpenPages Approval App functionality of IBM OpenPages.
This way, users are enabled to perform a single action (e.g. approval, attestation, etc.) in only one step. Due to the intuitive end user interface knowledge of the system is not required.
We have built a custom user interface that employs the modern, responsive IBM OpenPages style guide for one-click tasks.
