Sometimes employee data is required in OpenPages for people not registered as users in IBM OpenPages. Our solution provides a interface to the organizations directory that allows to search and select employees and use this information in OpenPages data fields.
Such information can be used for instance for email notification purposes or just reporting.
We have built a custom UI with a configurable connection to the customers existing Directory (using LDAP).
A configuration provides the connection information as well as the searchable and storeable data.
